**Edited as some stuff has been answered in my other thread.**
So far it seems that PM should be taken during days 1-14, and fenugreek should be taken days 15-28. However, I have no idea when I should take the GABA? (Or Saw Palmetto for that matter)
Also, I've realized I don't have a phyto-progestin in my program. Is this necessary?
