So I'm now in my luteal phase and for the first time I have decided not to take PM during this phase. So I want to try Bustea, but I can't figure out the measurements for the spices. Some sites say to use fenugreek seeds. Others say to use fenugreek sprouts. How much for either?
Here's the general recipe:
fenugreek
fennel
anise
caraway
licorice
majoram sp?
lemon grass
I was able to find all the spices except licorice root. Lemon grass doesn't seem to do anything other than help with menstruation. Same goes for majoram so I purposefully left out these two spices. Will it still be effective to without these spices and licorice root? Again, if anyone can please provide the measurement for these spices especially fenugreek, I'd greatly appreciate it.
