So I began using just FSO and massage beginning May. My period arrived yesterday and I've had the worst PMS! I've been taking FSO and EPO internally also for a while. Is this a coincidence??

It's possible if you have been taking the flaxseed and other oil internally. Your body should adjust so give it a little more time. This website has more on this.
