So I have been a lurker for some time. Mainly because a lot of threads on here seem to be more so questions about nbe and since I only started noogling "consistently" for almost a month, I didn't really feel qualified to give any advice. But I am very happy to have found a forum that seems pretty active . I have been using noogleberry for at least an hour a day followed by short massages throughout the day. I'm afraid to take any herbs due to me being on birth control. Hoping for a wonderful journey!

So far I have made a little progress, I pump for an hour a day (7:2 method) and I have gained close to an inch. I'm just really trying to focus on drinking more water and being consistent. Also, may do a pump and hold for an additional hour. I have just upgraded to the large domes about a week ago and my only trouble with that is that I have to pump one booby at a time....It's hell getting them both on at the same time, ughhhh dome farts lol But so far so good really

That's the problem with being small accross and a limited number of dome sizes.... you could try to tape the domes together and putting them on by placing them between pillows on the bed and leaning over and placing your chest on top of them.... until you grow enough to put them on setting up...
