Super new here and I would really like some opinions on just taking fenugreek and breast enhancement. Has anyone been taking just fenugreek, either extract or pills, and had success???

Not by itself.... I also take Saw Palmetto and some PM... AND I use a breast pump....

I think a lot of people have done that but you need to be a biological female and have properly balanced hormones. Fenugreek seems to work with whatever hormones you have already. I've used it and I got a ton of testosterone and so on without any moobs. And it takes quite a lot, so you may want to soak seeds overnight and eat a lot of spoonfuls of this. Or use a very strong extract with XX% saponins. At least it's cheap.
