I've been taking the Ainterol PM for a week now and for the past few days I would wake up to this weird tingling sensation in my breasts and not gonna lie it freaked my out. However my breasts have been looking slightly fuller.
I'm currently on the second day of my placebo pill week and I have not started my period yet, but i'm not pregnant so i'm not worried.
ALSO when I pump with my noogleberry, my breast kind of burn a little. Like on top of them being sensitive, they're burning inside lol and i'm not really sure what the heck that's about
Any ideas on these two little issues?!

you know most people only take 500 mg and the brand your taking is a good one ....so have the right dose c=
here chyomilk cycles hers and she grew like crazy =p
(if you don't wish to cycle with other herbs you could take very low doses of pm on the days your meant to take weaker estrogen herbs)

oh when mixing herbs if you mix less strong estrogen they will cancel out pm more but one girl used this to aid on her weaker estrogen days

but to be safe the whole burning ...ask a doctor ..it could be warming blood flow...I got stinging once in mine on herbs maybe your dose is to high ! check with doctor to be safe c=

Thanks for the reply! I have went down on my dosage however I still plan on taking PM everyday because it really is working well for me in conjunction to pumping with my noogleberry and my birth control. Instead of adding pills I think I'll just use an external cream or oil without hormones like the Eveline breast cream because it's cheap and could help me keep my swelling potentially for a while post pumping.
I am noogling now and so far I haven't had that burning sensation
