Hello! I've been lurking for a few weeks and just joined.
I'm about 99.9% sure I have IGT and hypolasia/tuberous breasts. I always knew they didn't look normal, and having had a baby 16 months ago and being unable to breastfeed at all, I started doing research.
I ordered a Noogleberry, but the large cups are too small for me. I've also got some goat's rue, but I'm holding off until I get some suggestions. I've also looked into bovine ovary.
The pics below are extremely difficult for me to post, because I'm so embarrassed by my body.
Thoughts on what I can do to "fix" my breasts? Would Noogleberry and Bovine Ovary be the most beneficial to me? Thanks for the help!

I'd suggest the following:
- Fenugreek-Prolactin stimulate, increases production of estrogen, phytoestrogen, adaptogen
- Fennel-Promotes milk production, nutrient rich for NBE growth, stimulates the growth of breast tissue
- Yogurt-(Greek) Rich in vitamins, calcium and minerals, growth factors stimulate fibroblast proliferation, collagen, probiotic , and has lactic acid component
We have estrogen receptors in our breasts that need to be activated by massage, and I'm talking about trigger points, not just rotations!!!. Building and repairing tissue should be your goal!.

So, Goat's Rue, massage and Noogleberry? I've been using the chi massage for about a week.
I really want to try to grow new tissue so that if I have a second child in the future, I'd be able to give them SOME breast milk. And evening out/making my breasts look more normal wouldn't hurt either!!
Hey there DB, I posted this a few months ago, so ya just follow the sequence and see if you like it any better.
I think of massage in terms of some compression, meaning, like your kneading some dough as corny as it sounds. Just some slight pressure, I'll find that trigger point massage that also releases your hormones at the same time.

I think bovine ovary and noogleberry sound best for tubular breast too it looks like most people got results for that problem with those maybe progesterone cream. I have very big areolas and tiny nipples but I think nipple suction helped me I only have cheap sex shop ones so far they seem to give me a little more nipple and a little less areola I like this because its more proportional and makes my breast look rounder I hear niplettes are the best though so I'm getting those. You lucky for your size though they don't look bad I hope you find nbe success.[/code]

Thanks, bmthx. I think mine just look so awful! My whole boob is pretty much areola! I'd really like to get them to relatively the same size, and definitely more round. I'm hoping the Noogleberry suction will help draw my nipples out too; they're pretty flat.
They aren't awful they are still beautiful big breasts.
That doesn't mean you can't make them look more how you want them to bovine overy and noogleberry do seem to be most successful see Anastasia program also golangrok but she only posted 2 months progress. Noogle might not be best to shape nipples it sucks the whole breast making a rounder shape If you want to shape them i can recommend the niplette like btmhx my results looked amazing made my nipples all pointed nipple with almost no areola my breasts look so round and perky you can position to change nipples point I did use it if only for a few days my results lasted a month I would love to continue sometime I lost it travelling.
