I have recently started consuming ground flaxseeds (you can get them pre-ground) and for myself I find that adding them to a big glass of soy milk really helps with the taste and consuming them quickly. I have tried other beverages but if you want to combine it with soy, in just a week my breasts are feeling more full so I do recommend trying. The soy milk + ground flaxseeds taste better to me than cow milk + ground flaxseeds. I will alternate between doing this with cow milk and soy milk because I am experimenting. I am usually doing this and eating lots of yogurt at the same time.
If you read MissMadScientist’s Flaxseed & Soy method: How I went from 32B to 32F in 3 months she goes over how to use flaxseed and soy together to get the result that she did. If you don't want to go all-in, this simple routine of soy milk + ground flaxseeds has still helped me a bit, and very quickly.
MissMadScientist says in a part of her thread "I take my glass and weigh 30 grams of grounded flaxseed, add water, stur fast and drink it immediately. If I don’t drink it within 5 minutes, I have noticed to have less effect." So maybe the drinking of it is speeding up the process for me unintentionally.
In summary: If consuming ground flaxseeds, consume quickly through drinking them. Pay attention to consumption of milk and soy, they will work together.
