im 5,7. broad shoulders. size 6 feet, very heavy and VERY painful periods. side burns. dry itchy skin. no hips whatsoever, 34B cup (still stuck despite massages), can anyone help me ? im honestly so confused and so demotivated tbh. i dunno if i wanna carry on this program cause im not seeing results with massage. can someone give me some help?
