I was searching for ways to raise hormones that help breast growth, and I found an interesting and funny way to increase prolactin. 
Orgasms.

Not sure if it's common knowledge in this forum or not! Tongue I'm sorry if it is. Just thought it could be interesting for you. The prolactin stays raised even 1 hour after the orgasm.
