mini update

I have stopped taking PM and will continue so for about 4 weeks just to have a little break. 6 weeks on, 4 weeks off. I have'nt lost any fullness yet but that may be due to my noogling every-other day for 2/ 40 minute sessions. If I had more time to, I would probably noogle for about 4/ 20 minute sessions

I'm strongly considering trying the maca root on the 4 weeks off. Will this affect my birth control, or if I wanted to take it everyday, would it affect the PM??
