Can anyone recommend an audio for guided visualisation? I've had success with and believe in the power of healing the body by visualising certain biological processes (e.g: imagining that the oxygen you are breathing in is rushing to your cells to rejuvenate them and reprogram them for health). I've used visualisation to ease aches, pains, upset stomach and lethargy that come with depression with some success and was hoping there might be something decent out there that involves visualising the growth of the breasts.
