You look so good. Stay with it. POM

Wow, they look HUGE! Big Grin
Thanks so much ladies!

I am going to cut fenugreek out of my regimen. I've only been taking one cap a day for a couple weeks. I've been doing tons of reading and I just don't think it's for me.

My breasts feel awesome tonight. I think the heating pad is why. Plus, all the massage I've been doing with oils/creams has made my skin super soft. Feels awesome!

Top boobs are getting a thicker feeling under the skin, if that makes sense.
I just want to list out what I am supplementing with and my routine.

Greenberry shakeology: 1 serving a day with 12oz almond milk
This is basically a protein powder with vitamins and herbs. It's like taking protein and a multi-vitamin plus some "popular" ingredients. It contains 150 mg MSM and 1000 mg Maca powder. I'm pretty happy with it, it's not cheap. http://teamjessfitness.com/greenberry-sh...gredients/

In addition to that I take:
Beta-carotenes 25,000 IU (going to lower this to 10,000 IU)
Viactiv Calcium/D/K chocolate chew 500 mg/500 IU/ 40 mcg
Zinc 50 mg
Vitamin C with Rosehips 1000 mg
Selenium 200 mcg
Omegas-Flax,Fish,Borage 1200 mg (going to up to 3600 mg)
Vit E 800 IU
Horsetail 440 mg
Camu Camu 400 mg
Gummy fiber 5 g

I have been mixing Benefiber in my water about 2x daily lately for regularity. I have struggled with constipation most of my life, so it is really important to me to maintain regularity.

I drink more than 8 glasses of water each day. I aim for 8 hours of sleep each night, though it doesn't always happen. I don't exercise as often as I'd like (6x week), but it's more like 2-3x week and I try to take short little walks most days.

I try to balance my diet in the range of 40% carbs 30% protein and 30% fat. I do not eat wheat and generally avoid grains. I could always do better with vegetables, but I do have a pretty good diet in general.

I'm considering adding 2000 mg Vitex/chasteberry and 800 mcg iodine to my routine.

My boobie routine right now is this:

I massage and noogle. I use a heat pad. I ran out of my favorite cream (shea butter and lavender) that I used with the noogle. It's the perfect thickness to make a seal.
I use jojoba oil for massage and noogle, but it doesn't provide enough stick with the noogle. It is wonderful for massage.
I sometimes massage in Jason cooling minerals & tea tree muscle rub before I get dressed.
Once in awhile I use Palmer's bust cream, but it interacts gross with other oils and smells weird. Not my favorite. I like it better for my belly stretchmarks.

I've been using my heat pad upon waking and if I have time 10 minutes of noogle. A quick massage and then get ready. I try to remember to dry brush my whole body before showering.

During the day I cup/squeeze when I can. I also massage the upper and center when I can sneak it in. Just quick little attention. Same on the drive home.

If I get home early I will noogle for an hour or so. I do noogle, heat pad and massage. This session happens about twice a week and can last an hour.

Before bed I noogle, heat pad, massage for 1-2 hours. I've been keeping the heat pad on my chest for 10-20 minutes before I fall asleep. I skip when we have a late night.

I do the circle/rotation massage and Chiyomilk's fat brushing massage. I also focus massage on the center and upper breast tissue.

I wear proper fitting bras. Doing so keeps tissue from migrating. I also have 2 bras from Bradelis that are great for shifting tissue to front and center.

I thought I responded, but guess I didn't... I am so jealous! I hope you have an amazing time in November and buy some incredible bras.
Boobs have been tender for a few days, nips very sensitive. Areola are a little puffy. Boobs feel amazing and look full in my bras. My husband doesn't notice any difference or change, so no visible change while naked.

Wearing my waist cincher today. I've been feeling a little bloated lately.

Is your waist still 26"? Are you trying to reduce it by wearing cincher?

My waist is bouncing between 26-26.5" and my belly goes from 31-33" depending on the day. I'd like to be 25-26" and keep my belly 31" or less.

This is what I wear. It's intended as shapewear. It does help my posture and creates a nice silouette under clothes. It also temporarily slenderizes the bottom of my ribcage. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BIRH0M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is exactly my cincher!!! I have them both in black and white in size medium (28"). I am planning to get a small size (26") as I am reducing my waist. I like it a lot. It will help you. See my thread post #38 for a pic wearing it:
