Oh my word Ella, not exactly the same thing, but I am LITERALLY adding bras to my online shopping cart on Victoria's Secret's website right this instant in another tab! I keep switching between browsing on here and adding bras to my VS shopping cart (been doing it for the last half hour, before you even said anything). This is crazy!!!

You girls should make a hypnosis video/audio together! :L I really think visualisation can work, I've used it a few times for depression and it does help a lot! Here's the video I used https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QvF7m4gUi3o (apologies for the creepy voice and terrible music, I find I need guidance though so can't do it alone!). You could start with something like this then imagine the hormones circulating and new cells generating in the breasts xD I personally don't have a strong enough imagination any more to visualise without guidance, it'd be great if someone made one like this :L

I think you must just have a peaceful mind, rather than lacking imagination. My mind is so busy that I have to make it focus by doing something like what I described. Otherwise, even if someone else is guiding me, my mind wanders.

Sometimes I feel like my mind is kaput, too. Especially lately.

I honestly wouldn't know how to do a script, as I've never done hypnosis of any kind (and it scares me to be honest)! I just try to relax and focus on my breathing before making myself visualize.

LOL!!! Yes, I have a very low, manly voice, too! Drives me crazy (but I've been told it's sexy more than once; mostly by girls and by one gay man 0_o). I'll bet your voice isn't as bad as you think!
