I have been taking Swansons BO, along w MSM for a month now. I decided to pull the tape out and see what progress, if any I've made. I could tell just from feel that they are almost identical in fullness and with a tweak to my massage routine the assymetry is evening out alot. And I have gained a half inch! Yay!
I have ordered more BO and will continue the MSM and massage as well as adding some L-arginine and wild yam. I will report back in another 30 days with any updates. An inch more of growth and i will reach my goal (fingers crossed)!

The MSM helps with building healthy tissue. And its great for your nails, hair, and joints too!
And i take 500mg(2 pills) swansons bo 3x daily...so 1500mg day. I will admit a few times i missed a dose and only took 1000mg for the day. Most of what ive read people usually use 1000-2000mg a day. Hope that helps
Well I promised I would keep everyone updated, so...
I feel like I have gained some weight lately, and let me tell you- i cant quit playing with my boobs A) Cause they are sore alot lately (idk BO or Aunt Flow on the way LOL) and B) they feel so much firmer and larger. My fiance even commented he thinks my boobs look larger, the biggest he has seen them.
So, imagine my surprise when on day 50 i pull out my measuring tape and get 36"-26"-36" WTF!?! How the hell did i loose nearly 2 inches on all my measurements but I look bigger? And whenever i try to take pictures they dont look any different than at the start, but I know they have grown and from my point of view I can see the growth.
Bleh, slightly miffed and frustrated. I dont wanna be smaller
oh well. My boobies still feel and look better to me- so Im just gonna shrug off the tape measure and the camera results lol so yeah....thats my 50 day update
For ladies outside of the US, just letting you know that when ordering Sw BO using the cheapest shipping, Landmark, the wait will be long. Not 15 business days as their website says for international shipping.
After no deliver by 17 business days to Australia, I emailed them. They apologized and said Landmark are getting the orders to the country of destination within 15 business days, but the destination country's postal service is not making prompt delivery. I'm wondering why the destination countries are so slow with processing mail via Landmark, ??
Swanson told me all up shipping could take 25 business days or longer!!!! They suggested in the future for me to use the more expensive shipping that goes straight through customs. So, is it customs, the postal service, or both?, ...a bit confusing.
