To drink fluoride free water, add HOLY BASIL in ur water. Even if some don't believe that the government is poisioning us... holy basil is still super benefical. Just look up all the benefits

Also, you can neutralize the chloromines by adding vit c! Put it in your fish tanks, shower filter (if it permits).
