Hello i been take 2000 mg PM, 1350 mg SP, 500 mg Maca, every 12 hrs, an been doing the for 3 week now, so far i notice grow in my breast an some pain, but nip's get hard it i touch then, but they are not sore, an i have not had any side-affect that i know of so far, i hope i done nothing harmful yet, i have read up on some of the people on here have tryed an said?
