Oh my gosh, Ella, thank you for that info! It never occurred to me to cycle food! I should be getting my period within the next week or two. Once it starts, I think I'll taking cycling what types of food I eat into consideration and see what happens. I'm so excited!

Just so more foods to add-

Foods rich in Bromine and Manganese would help in increasing your breast size through the stimulation of sex hormone production. It could also improve the sensitivity of your breast tissue receptors. As a result, they would be more receptive to estrogen.

Manganese is found in seafood like mussels and prawns and whole grain rice, corn, ginger and clovers. Manganese is a trace mineral, prevents tissue damage, helps breakdown carbs.



Bromine is found in the following foods,


Apples

My program for breast enhancement was devised by my grandmother who used to be a practising herbalist.

Herbal mixture taken 3 times daily consisting of the following: Barley, Bere, Fennel, Fenugreek, Hops, Linseed, Oats, Soya.

Teas to be taken in rotation: Barley, Fennel, Hops. Each taken with Soya Milk. (There were certain other ingredients in the teas which I can't remember, but as far as I know they were either fillers or just for taste).

Lotion for massage twice a day consisting of the following: Hops, Oats, Soya, Starflower.

Ella, chicken feet soup was all the rage in the NBE community when I first discovered this board before it became BreastNexus! I actually know a place in town where I can get chicken feet. Not brave enough, though...
Do you think I'd get the same effect from just eating the feet? I really love chicken feet, but I've never had chicken feet soup before.
I think it's the gelatin that you get from boiling it to make the soup that has the NBE effect. So I don't think so, prettylily.
I'm not sure if eating estrogen-rich foods on TOP of estrogen herbs is the answer. That could just be upping the risk of breast cancer.

I can say what's worked for me and that's mainly eating a Mediterranean diet: lots of veggies, fish, Italian food....yum! Beyond that, just nutrient-rich foods, cooking with olive oil, lots of garlic for flavor and not neglecting carbs. By making sure I'm not too skinny, I feel I'm able to help manipulate the extra fat to my breasts through noogle and massage.
