I bought on amazon maca and algerine . tBH haven't noticed much except pooch growth .
I love love loved my Natural Factors super strength maca concentrate. The bottle that says Organic MacaRich on the bottle. It has 750mg per pill plus 200mg of gingseng in it.
It really depends I prefer powder I got plant spirit because it was so reasonably priced for a kg and shipping.
I guess capsuals would be more convenient if you want to put it into drinks you need gelatinized I dont i have whole herb powder and I bake with it because I don't like the taste alone I have added it to all kinds of cookies peanut butter or spiced were best I also liked it in a spiced banana bread or brownie.
So you need to think how you want to use it to know shock to buy.
