Hi, I bought a knock-off noogleberry from ebay, that goes by the brand 'Medi-Ves'. The ebay ad said it was a real noogleberry. Though, once I got it in the mail it turned out to be some knock off instead. The thing has absolutely no suction. I'm going to take a picture of it later on. I bought a real noogleberry from amazon, though the cups were too large, they were a medium. The 'Medi-Ves' pump said that it would come with small cups, though these cups are as large as the medium cups from the other pump I had. Is it better to just buy from the official noogleberry site? I'm getting a little annoyed by this..
Did you already return the Noogleberry? You don't need to buy another pump, just smaller cups. I bought mine off the official site with no problems.
The pump I currently have is not the real noogleberry. I saw a picture of the real noogleberry and it has the word 'noogleberry' on the hand pump piece. The pump makes a noticeable squeaking noise like air is escaping the hand pump anytime I pump it. Though, the tubing is on the hand pump tightly. What the heck? The pump I currently have doesn't have that. I attached a picture of the pump I have at this time.. I'm thinking returning this one and buying the authentic one with smaller cups is going to do the trick.. I'm hoping I finally have some suction! On the noogleberry site, it says the small cups are recommended for a person that is an AA or A. I'm an A, though close to a small B.

You could try to put a drop of oil on the metal pump rod that connects to the handle.... this might lube things up and make suction work again.... not in where the air goes... that would mess up the check valve... that's the problem with cheap stump... they don't work well... and if they do work they don't last...
