I'm going to be starting on a birth control pill in a about a week. Since i'm only about I'm about a 32a right now, I'm hoping that my breasts will grow pretty significantly (fingers crossed!). Is there anything I can do during that initial growth period (eat certain foods, massages, etc.) that could help the breast growing process?
What sort of birth control? Most people don't go up size a very noticeable amount on birth control unless they gain weight sadly it allot of the time won't last when you quit it but some birth controls seem to help with Nbe eg me and quite a few others I have heard had great results with depo provera bc and pm but other can make NBE less effective so you should really read read read through the programs section most people list their BC and results here.
You could massage a lot that should help maybe also subliminals like rock melon ringtone.

My advice, if you start to notice changes in your body, DON'T BE AFRAID to talk to your doctor. I was on one pill for at least 5 years, nothing in my body changed. Then my insurance forced me to switch to a new pill, with a different active hormone. I now have tiny red pimples all over my face/neck/body/breasts. I called my doctor, and in a month or two I am switching back to my old pill.

Her official medical opinion was "Birth controls are a crap-shoot, what works for one will be horrible for the next person."

So have some realistic expectations. Will your boobs grow? Maybe. Its just as likely that they will shrink, that you will gain 15 pounds, or lose 15. You might get fabulous skin, you might get acne. You might grow a baby bump looking thing, you might be happy, you might be depressed. Honestly, in my experience, the best birth control pill for you, will be the one that does NOTHING except prevent pregnancy. I'd look for that, and be happy (and do other methods of NBE of course!)
