That depends on different things (if you have e.g. a wide rib cage etc).
I think if the difference between underbust and bust is just 1 inch, then you could be 30AA. Jenniferlove wears a C cup and her bust measures 33" but her underbust is 29.5" (difference of 3.5"). I measure 32.5" (bust) but am
far away from a C cup even though my underbust measurement is 29.25" which makes a difference of 3.25" between bust and underbust. However I wear A cups.
I would start with a 28A and go from there. You should try on bras to really be sure about your size. As a baseline, two more inches would bring you up to a 28C, but once again you should try on one to see how much space there is.
What's your over bust measurement?
Thank you Peggy. I think I have a wide rib cage. Is that mean that I nead more grow to achieve a C right ?

That's a little odd to me. What size bra do you wear now? your bust is usually your fullest part of your chest and your over and under bust are less or equal, not the other way around.

In cm is under : 70 . bust 73. overbust 72 (I think) (overbust is inmediate under the shoulders? ? sorry girls my english is not good
