Hi, I'm not able to take UltraBreast since it contains a soy ingredient. I'm highly allergic to soy. I've read that there is another popular BO pill, though it's very expensive. Are there any alternatives to UB that are as effective?
I used swanson bovine ovarian glandular they are cheap only 5 dollars but I think you need 2 bottles per month since the dose is lower.
I ordered a bottle of the Swanson's tonight. How much is a recommended amount to start taking? Also, when is the better time to start taking BO? I know that certain types of NBE pills recommend taking the pills during certain times of the month in order for them to be effective.
If by "certain time of the month" you mean cycling, you don't need to cycle BO. You just take it consistently.
