I've been taking ainterol from january,by taking it for 15 days and then taking ginseng and vitamin e for another 15 days and so again. But the problem is that my period has delayed after that first intake for 12 days and now if I continue to take it that way i'm doing it opposite of what it should be ( follicular -pueraria ,luteal something for progesterone-right? ) .
So now I don't know what to do,since the instructions say it should be taken on 30 days again,no matter the actuall start of the period. Although to me it doesn't make sense ,and also I didn't notice any growth the second time i took it(which didn't go along with the period timing ),and the first one which was on day one of my period ,grew them a size or more in those 15 days.
Help please?
