Hey all, so I took PM for 5 months. I used both capsules and extract. Anyway it didnt really do much for my growth and it made my cycle a little crazy. Now I think I don't ovulate every other cycle. I have been on a break for two months now. This last period was 12 days late.. I'm not pregnant. I have all my stuff already for my BO program, but I don't want to mess it up by starting to quickly after the PM. I have been drinking a lot of liver cleansing teas and taking a milk thistle complex. But it seems my cycles are still all screwy. Anybody know how long of a break your suppossed to take in between programs?
