Hi there.
So my question is... For those of you who have grown up in cup sizes, what size bra "should" you be wearing and how do you wear a bra that can accommodate the new growth? (some extra room but not too much or snug/but not too tight?)

I've always worn bras that are "tight" in the cup. And too small I realise now.
I'm confused as All these fat transfer, redistribution styled bras seem to be "tight" and "squishing" up your breasts.

Shouldn't you be wearing looser or comforterable/roomey bras that allow some room for new growth?

I currently wear B cups that are tight bordering on uncomfy but given I realise I can now wear C's, should I be wearing these even if they aren't snug, to allow for more growth?

What did you ladies/gents do? I don't want to compromise my new growth :s

Thank you in advance Smile

Hmm... I don't know if I can give you a real answer or not, just some thoughts. Pressure on your breasts is going to slow blood flow, I believe. Pressure is applied to bleeding wounds to slow or stop blood flow, for instance.

Since your B cups are bordering on uncomfy, I would go ahead and get the larger size. I doubt an uncomfortable bra is good for breast health.
I just do wireless with a little extra room (molded cups) and scoop and swoop! Or go braless.

Sometimes I wear cheapy bras for that time and when I grow, I buy a new cheapy bra. But always scoop and swoop!
Tight band and well fitting or slightly loose cup is probably best if your using fat transfer massage
I know we talked about this in PM, but I'd like to add that I would hold onto the smaller bras when you want them to POP more for whatever reason Wink and the larger when you want to feel comfy.
Ok thanks guys. You have all made really good points Smile
The pressure and stopping circulation makes a lot of sense just from a general breast health point of view, thanks Rose.

Yes must remember the scoop and swoop also, sounds like leaving some room is sensible and will keep the smaller ones for some oomph when need be Jen Wink
