Hello ladies,
I got a call from a Brava coach today. It had been over a week after I requested to speak with one. This woman was so pedantic it was unreal. I felt I was being lectured. Any deviation from their protocol for the system and its use is strictly forbidden!!! If I would have let her in on half of the modifications I have tried or am planning she would have thought me the anti-christ
I could rant about this and more... but then there might not be enough room for anyone else's complaints.
Viewing this forum has given me so much support with the Brava system and the hard time I'm having with it. I like all the creative ideas people share that have helped make their experiences with pumping up more tolerable.
