I was wondering if any has a list of the herbs/supplements that you can take with BO. I was wondering mostly about wild yam, SP, and fenugreek. But any info would be awesome

Don't take any herbs when you are in bo, only suplements like kelp, L-tyrosine or MSM. The first two are good to raise the temperature of the body ( this is important, choice one of them), and MSM i am not sure, is for protect joints and gain more tissue to build the breasts. I have mentioned some stuff used in bo,but if you read this section, you'll find a lot of info here.
