So I have been on BB tincture for over a month and have noticed no growth at all and then sensations that were there in the beginning are now gone. I am almost starting to wonder if my breasts are shrinking. I have Hashimoto's Disease and and am very skinny for my height. I am about to give up on NBE all together. I look like a boy without a shirt on and it's very embarassing. I've had 2 kids and after breastfeeding my son for just a month everything has depleted. I barely fit into my A bras and really don't want to buy AA's. I just don't know what to do anymore. PM made me bleed really bad midcycle, SP, FG, and WY all did nothing for me. Natureday's program did nothing for me. I'm just at a loss now. I don't drink caffeine, I am gluten free, take vitamins and protein shakes about everyday I just don't know what to do. Advice? I am tired of feeling like a 13 yr old. I am at fault for not having a good massage program and I also don't own a Noogleberry or have the money to spend on one. I also don't have money to spend on saliva tests also. Right now I am putting a lot of money towards adrenal testing, my thyroid testing, lyme testing, and some other testing to figure out why my thyroid won't balance out. My top half honestly looks anorexic and my bottom half looks normal. It's frustrating.
I think BB requires a healthy thyroid to work, right? That's why they say to take your temperature. If I were you, I would stop taking the BB and focus on getting my thyroid in order. Once you're healthy, you can try again for optimal effectiveness.

My temperature is never normal. It's always a bit below normal. Also, tibetan who has hashi's is the one who told me to take BB tincture because she has Hashi's and it worked for her. The issue with my thyroid is, is it is out of control right now and in 8 months we still haven't been able to balance it. Right now were actually looking into other causes as to why it might be misbehaving so badly. It actually baffles doctors. So I feel like if I stop NBE and wait for my thyroid to behave properly it may take forever and I really don't want to do that cause once I stop I'll just quit everything. It's just so frustrating right now. I'm trying to push on it's just really hard...
I really don't know if the BB tincture requires your thyroid to be in good shape; I just assumed that it would work more or less the same as the pills. Sorry I can't be of more help.
Hashimoto's thyroiditis is difficult to treat, and most doctors don't seem to know how to treat any thyroid issue, let alone Hashimoto's. As you may know, with Hashimoto's the thyroid is under attack. Its function declines for a while, then one day, it ramps up for a while before it declines again. I've been told I might have Hashimoto's, but none of the doctors or nurse practitioners have bothered to do the necessary testing. They just keep readjusting my thyroid medication. Your thyroid issues can also affect your mood, in case they didn't tell you so, your low self-esteem days might be related to low thyroid.
Also, I think the BB website says somewhere that body temp/thyroid function has to be optimal for it to work.
