So just I finally have my BO program put together! Yay! I will start in 5 days. On the second day of my period. I will be using this to document my ( hopeful) progress. I just finished a 5 month program with ainterols PM with effect other than a bit of swelling and skyrocketing androgen symptoms. IV done a month with nothing other than my detox teas, waters, and milk thistle. Soooo here we go again! A little background info...
23yrs old
Female
Slightly underdeveloped breasts. I think tanner IV (still have protruding areolas. Right is smaller than left.
I show signs of mid line adrenal fatigue.. Like 24/30 symptoms lol. Also a little hypothyroidism (low temps, low blood pressure) but I think these will even out with the healing of my adrenals

Pack a day smoker ( Oooo I hope I can quit for the boobies lol)
Stats as of 1/19/14
Under b- 28
Bust-33. Puts me at 32a I think? I wear 32b a lot though
Waist-26.5
Top hip-33
Butt/low hip- 37
Acne prone
Always had high androgens, worse after PM / possible pcos

So on to it! My program will consist of
Every day-
Ultra Breast BO- will ramp dosage until it seems right
3-4 grams msm
1g L-lysine to help my anti androgens
2g l tyrosine
Kelp.. Dosage help?
Vitamin c
Vit d
Acidophilus
Vit e
Hair skin nails vit.
B complex
Thyroid glandular.
I have worked 80grams plus of protein into my diet so no nasty shakes for me lol

Rotating supp. -
Cortisol support complex or adrenal glandular ( for adrenal fatigue)
Pituitary gland every other day
Strong Spearmint tea or saw palmetto extract( for androgen control)
Possibly maca every now and then. Really helps me on my serving doublesSad

I noogle already about 1 hr per day 2 days on 1 day off.
I also am trying to noogle my obnoxious "hip dips" I seriously hate those dame things!! Like, way to mess up a ladies curves, ya know?

Well there it is! I know it's abit complicated but I am very good with keeping a routine so it should be ok. If any of you beautiful people have suggestions please let me know!
Sorry for the rant but I wanted to be thorough..
And thanks already to all of youSmile I have learned so much here that I never would have thought about.

That is one heck of a complicated program ! Wishing you luck Smile
DON'T DO THE ADRENAL STUFF!!! USE RHODIOLA ROSEA INSTEAD!! IT WILL FIGHT ADRENAL FATIGUE WITHOUT INTERRUPTING YOUR PROGRAM!!!
