Hi there

I wonder if anyone here might know if Amla/Indian Gooseberry used in Ayurvedic medicine is a phytoestrogen? I'm unable to find any definitive information on this.

Thank you Smile
i have undetaken an experiment with that item funny enough. i took ground flax seed and have soaked it in amla hair oil for about a month. i have used it for a few days and have notices slight changes as well as sensitivity. i plan on adding in the red clover extract i just read about. i would love them to get to the size that Missed miss has on her profile pic *blush* i think thats hot!
i do know that amla oil is supposed to be great for hair (as well as men who take the indian gooseberry are supposed to have increased sperm load) . i have purchased my amla oil from amazon. it has a lovely fragrence to boot but it certainly says do not ingest on it. i am sure its full of nutrients and definately makes the skin feel smooth and silky
