This week so far:
Monday - 1 hour AM and PM 7:2s
Tuesday - 1 hour AM 7:2s
Today - 1 hour AM 10:2s. Hoping to squeeze in another session later but it doesn't look too promising. I've been on work calls yesterday and today and I can't have the domes farting while I talk!

Wednesday - did manage an hour of 7:2s in the afternoon
Thursday & Friday - 1 hour morning and afternoon of 7:2s.
I've been playing with different massage creams and oils on my 2 min breaks but nothing so far is really helping the swelling. The warmer afternoons I tend to have a little. Can't wait for warmer weather!

Weekly update. They are so small this week
My noogling hasn't been as consistent as I'd like either. I got in 2 1 hour sessions M,T&W. Thursday I didn't get any in and today I only got 1. Luckily it's warming up here so today they were swollen afterwards. Come on spring/summer!

Well last week was a total loss. I had people working on my house and zero privacy. I snuck in 2 hours for noogling total. Back at it today (they were here yesterday as well). Got in an hour this morning and planning to get back on schedule and hopefully grow some more boobage before my next period starts

So it's been a rough couple months NBE wise. I was on the road for a lot of it and missed a few weeks of NB. Then I came home and they were so sore I couldn't noogle. Once the soreness was gone I was on the road again! I did keep with BO and I'm up to 3 pills, twice a day. I've also began massaging PC cream into the breasts cyclically. It is helping amazingly with PMS symptoms! I am starting today so I took some pictures. I'm seeing more fullness and my measuring bra definitely seems too small. It doesn't show well in the pictures but I really had to shove my nipples into it and had quad-boob. I don't feel a ton of growth but I do feel more fullness and I think the pictures from month 1 vs today do show more fullness. I know the angles are slightly off and the lighting a bit different but it's the best I can do. These were taken first thing this morning before eating or drinking or massaging, etc.
That is a HUGE difference. Wow, your boobs got so much fuller.
