I'm wondering if there is a limit for growth with breast massage. Do you continue to grow indefinitely or does it eventually stop? If you've stopped growing, how long did you massage before the growth eventually stopped (and how much did you grow)?

I know it's different for everyone, so I was hoping to hear about some individual experiences.

My concern is with breast asymmetry. My left breast is smaller than my right. I don't want to continue massage with both breasts only to have my left stop growing. I'd rather have them even and small than larger with noticeable asymmetry.
I'm no expert in NBE, my growth has only just begun! But I assume there is only so much massage will do for growth without some sort of extra help from some other source (suction, herbs, etc...)

But everyone is different, everyone has different potentials and their bodies are in different places due to hormones and environment and so on. So massage may work wonders for one woman and do very little or nothing for another. It can't hurt though, and will only help be more in tune with your body which is great!

I have been religiously noogling and massaging for a little more than a month now, while taking only saw palmetto for now but plan on adding things down the road, and while I haven't seen any numerical growth, they are definitely fuller and jigglier and rounder. I am impressed!! I think the noogleberry has been a big part of it, but I noogled before without massage and had NO results, and now in only a month WITH massage, have had a bit of swelling, and these results which include cleavage YAY!

So now massage will definitely be a part of my lifestyle and I think it does work. Once it's a habit, it's really enjoyable too! I love it. Makes me feel sexy too.

I would say definitely continue massaging, but focus on the smaller one a lot more. maybe keep in touch with both, though... even if only for a few rounds and then just work that left one until things even out. Yea, no harm in just focusing on one!

Good luck, hun!
Thank-you for the feedback! I like the massage as well, and think I would keep it a part of my daily routine for health purposes alone.

I started massaging the right, but I think I will keep that to a minimum until they are completely even.
