Hello

I'm a real Newbie, but I want to give NBE a try Since 2 Weeks I read my hole time in this forum. Sorry for my english I'm not a native speaker, I'm from Germany. Moreover I'm really frustrated because of my boobs. I have like nothing and I'm still feeling like a 12 year old child. Because I'm at the age of 18 I don't want to take any herbs. But I do BC.
Furthermore I ordered noogleberry, but they need so much time to come. I purchased the small size, but I'm not really sure if it is the right size.
I also have got Hashimoto disease and I thinkthat's the reason that my breasts didn't grow the ages before.

So my routine would be:
Taking collagen, fish oil, zinc, biotin, vitamin c and vitamin d

and I want to noogle about two hours per day
and massagin with flaxseed/coco oil for 15 minutes per day

My measurements at the moment are:
Overbust: 31,89
Underbust: 26
Waist: 23,6
Hips: 32,7
I'm 5'2'' and and 99 lbs.

Do you think I've got a chance to grow?

Your breasts are beautiful, they are not that small (much larger than mine).

I am sure you will grow well, don't worry. Just be consistent and don't give up too early. You should give your program at least 3-6 months. Your program sounds good btw.

Hello! Well you have beautifully-shaped breasts and the nipples are perfect! I am the same height as you but weigh around 113 I'd say. I am not fat but have curves in my ass, thighs and now the weight is quickly going to my breasts too. What I'm trying to say is you should work on gaining some weight. It will help you grow far easier.

Also, I use noogleberry almost every day and massage. I think gaining weight, noogle and massage will help you grow great!

Well, I try to gain weight since I'm 15, but it's really hard for me. I can eat everything and even then I'm not albe to gain weight. But I will try protein shakes soon to gain some weight
I already felt groing pain I guess this is a good sign But my breast hurt after massaging them.. I don't know why is this normal?

I measured yesterday. And my breasts actually shrunk one inch :/ I can't belive it. Can they shrunk from massage? I just did inkward rotations..

Well, I didn't write a long time but I didn't stop my process.
I noogle since a few days and I already love it
Here are some process pictures in a big 32A Bra. The pictures are after noogling my smaller breast (the left one) but even after noogling my right one is still bigger. In this bra my boobs look kind of huge I love it

An inch seems to be a lot, but they should be growing and shrinking slightly throughout the month. Also, you may have measured wrong. I can gain/lose an inch in a matter of minutes measuring incorrectly...
