Hey, I found this site yesterday and im really happy because I can finally do something about my small `underdeveloped` breasts.. I am 5'7 and around a 34aa. My goal is to get to a 34c and if achievable a 34d.
I will be doing this breast massage 2x a day

You'll want to search this forum and start reading. Unfortunately there's no right or wrong answer. It depends on your hormones and your body. I have PCOS which means I have more testosterone and am more likely to be Estrogen Dominant, means I have to take different supplements to help balance my hormones. This means a lot of trial and error.

Some women are on their NBE journey for years before they get any results. It's not a quick fix (I wish.) A good start would be getting a Hormone Test to see where you're at!

Have you tried Pueraria Mirifica? I get mine here

Increased from a small 32a to a 32c
Maybe look into bovine ovary supplement they seem to help underdeveloped breasts more.
