I'm thinking about trying BO and I have two questions for people who have used it...

1) has anyone using BO done basal body temperature charting (to predict ovulation) at the same time? Does BO affect this, or affect ovulation?
I know some people take things to raise their temp when they take BO and that BO contains hormonal stuff so just wondering how that would all work with charting.

and

2) is there anyone who has used BO (whatever brand) and stopped for a while and had permanent results??
