my last measurements was 79 cm on the fullest part of my bust

and about my diet i finished my whey protein so i'm gonna focus on meat and less carbs .

i will get my dim and calcium d glucarate supply next week .

If you are having Estrogen Dominance you can try Max Desire. You can order it on Amazon.com .... It works beautifully to balance out when you have estrogen dominance. You can take it with your PM. Also add Curcuma Comosa. That will help a lot. I study hormone balance because I have hypothyroidism and have to constantly cycle my pills in order to get proper breast growth.

i'm gonna search how to benefit from this information ,
but i've question here , what has the max desire to do with my estrogen dominance ? it contains dong quai and maca , and it seems these things to increase the estrogen which i already have a higher percent of it and need to get rid of it ...

and is curcuma comosa the same as turmeric ? and how should i added to my routine ? as a pills ? does it increase or decrease the estrogen ?

now girls i wanna share with you my situation now

it's bad for someone who can be defeated easily and i don't think i'm that person .

i get down enough time ,

so my situation now is ,

i've all the supplements i need for this period of time and i didn't do anyyyyyyyyyything two months ago , noooooooothing at all , except for taking dim and calcium d glucarate from time to time for just a weak or 2 ,
and now foods female balance for 4 days or something before my period time .

yes, sooooooo irregular with everything , a depressed person you know , can make more disasters than that .

and i don't know what's the situation i'm on right now , as i lost my measuring tape too , but i think i'm the same and i didn't lost any inches that i gained before , i can't be sure of that without measuring tape but i hope so ,

second wow beautiful disappointing thing is ,
my NB has arrived again through aramex , which i thought will make the customs clearance more easily , but i was sooooo wrong and the situation becomes more more complicated and you won't believe it ,

they don't want to give me NB without a approval from the ministry of health here in my country ,

and wow my ministry of health don't wont to give me the approval unless i give them a medical report from a doctor and go by myself there to sign a avowal on myself that i will use this apparatus as a personal apparatus for myself

and for the complications to be more and more , the order comes with my friends' name , who don't know that this thing is for me , and the report they ask for should be with here name and she is the one who has to go to the ministry of health and sign this avowal too

Oh lovely, you seem to be in a bad situation. I was thinking about you many times and I am glad that you still write here but unfortunately with many bad news. What an awkward situation with your breast pump and your friend. Stupid customs, their behaviour is really ridiculous.

Oh, lora! How upsetting and disappointing! Really hope something works out so you can get your noogleberry and get started with it. It really doesn't seem fair!
