Girls did someone use fenugreek for breast growth?Is it help for use/ And how you use it ? Just eat or rub your breast with fenugreek oil))

Fenugreek is very commonly used for breast growth, but not many women have got results by using fenugreek alone. It's certainly a major herb for breast growth, but is usually used along with other herbs.

then you should take some phyto-estrogen (PM, Red clover, you can search and choose) and some phyto-progesterone (creams, fennel,..).

But before all that, you should go to the doc and ask about your hormones levels. See if you have any deficiency, if you are estrogen dominance etc. You can research about John Lee. In his website there´re few tests that will fit you in a type. After that, you can work in balance your hormonal state and add gradually more phyto-estrogen or phyto-progesterone (depends on your result)

And above all that you should read the older threads. That´s really good information spread through the forum!!
