If anyone has had side effects from PM please list here. So far my herb journey is not going well. I am super nervous about taking PM but this is my last shot. If anyone has experienced side effects from PM or how do you go about dealing with the side effect, please let me know. I am starting off with the extract, 1 drop per day and I will add it to my massage carrier. And try to slowly build from here. Thanks so much...
