They're extremely expensive but they actually look like reasonably thought out products.

There's definitely less expensive alternatives on the market though.

The capsules look like they're essentially a mix of adaptogens and pm and the numbers are high enough it might actually do something, and the breast cream is pure pm with minimal carrier ingredients.

If you want to use do both oral and topical I'd suggest buying a pure pm liquid extract. 1 drop per breast per day you use it, 3 drops orally. Take any additional herbs orally. Maybe have a PC cream on hand but only use it if you exhibit symptoms of estrogen dominance.

But hey... If you've got the money to burn on this love shop, by all means, try the products and let us know how it goes.
Thanks for the reply

What products have been known to work? There's so much out there and I don't know what's true and what is
Ainterol and St. Herb PM internationally, pmuk in the uk.

Fenugreek's a commodity, if you want to use it any old supermarket variety would even do.

Spearmint is also a commodity. Though as a tea you might need to find a specialty store.

That's all I'd really recommend looking into at first... Adding anything else early on isn't really necessarily a good idea.

Thanks i will look into them.

What kind of results can one expect to see? I'm a B cup and I know everyone can react differently to these products.

Are there any side affects that I need to be worried a out.

It'd be hard to say, honestly, what sort of results to expect.

No known adverse effects from spearmint even if you don't have too much or even if you're already too low on androgens.

Both PM and fenugreek are known to cause an insulin response in some people. If you find you experience such an effect, then just eat something with about a gram of sugars or even less about 15 minutes after your dose.

Too much PM CAN cause estrogen dominance symptoms. You can either scale back or add PC to balance it.
