Well, in short, yes & no...

Some background: I began mild NBE in May 2013, at 35 y-old, after nursing 3 kids in fear that my boobs would sag more, and lose shape & size. One breast was almost a full cup size larger. Now, *knocks on wood*, they are almost evened out at a DD. The cup size sounds large but would probably put most at a C or D if they are short...I'm around 5'10... I credit most of this to massage.

However, I also credit maintenance to eating breast growth foods, & exercise & summer play...Let's hope I can sustain the colder months here.

What breast growth foods do you eat? And how much of each food do you eat a day?

Also, how much do you think these foods contribute towards breast growth?

I tried massaging only for a few months and didn't see any kind of growth..... just larger hands! lol that's when I switched to suction devices.......
