Welll i found an article on the internet that said to take
500 mg of fenugreek and wild yam 3 times a day

I'm 5'7
34-A or C(I dunno how i fit in a C..it doesn't even fill all the way!)
I weight 143

I couldnt find 500 mgs of fenugreek, so instead i got 610 mg.
and i take 500 mgs of wild yam

I don't know if it will be effective... I would really like some suggestions :/ or help. I saw many pills in the women section for breast enhancement and im very tempted to buy one.. but I dont want to end up buying one and not have it work.

I want to stick to herbs for now, so please...help?

Im not an expert but i think your doses are really low im pretty sure you can take up to 3000mg especially because your quite tall maybe even more. Your best option would be to go the the old forum and click on information on herbs and go through the threads and also information for newcomers if you havnt already. Warnig there is loads to read! lol
