I'm just going based on the suggested doses on the bottles. I'm also about to start msm and kelp powder. Until my surgery I will continue to massage. I'm doing the fat brushing massage and wearing my super uncomfortable bra nearly every day as well as chi rotations. As soon as my stitches heal up and my incision closes (I'm guessing it will be a week since I've had stitches before and that seemed to be my healing time) I'll start using topicals.
Also while my breasts don't seem that different I feel like there are more of them spread out on my chest. Does that make sense? Lol. I used to only have under noob but now when I squeeze them they squish in all directions. I'm excited!
Small update- although I'm not seeing much difference as far as size goes, the measuring tape read 34 inches. I am experiencing some slight asymmetry that is going to probably be more obvious as I grow. Hoping they even out!

Mini rant: I need out of my job. I told my supervisor about my upcoming surgery and her response was "well try to do it on a weekend so you can come back on Monday. We have a lot of people out on vacation this month." I'm just like... I'm not expecting sympathy by any means, but decent human behavior should include some sort of "I hope everything turns out okay". I told her that another girl I work with was out for two weeks for the same thing, even though I didn't want to be out that long and didn't plan on it. She rolled her eyes and was like, "yeah she probably milked it for what she could. Make sure you get a note from your doctor so if you hurt yourself when you come back you can't file worker's comp"
Not only that but all these women talk about each other 24/7, the kids don't listen to me or anyone for that matter, and my other supervisor is lazy as hell. I told her that I had to leave in time to get my husband back to work by 1:30 because we are sharing a car right now and he had a really important meeting. 12:50 rolls around and no one comes back to let me on break and she is just sitting in the office not doing anything. So I had another girl get her and tell her I HAD to leave and she IGNORED ME. She was so afraid she would have to actually help mop or something. My husband was late for his meeting.

Need to decrease my waist so I am going to start doing "hoopnotica" workouts daily as well as some yoga. I am also interested in corset training, but I don't want to pay a ton. Has anyone had success with cheaper corsets and could you provide a link?
Your butt measurement is my goal! Need to start weight lifting for that, as I don't want to gain weight all over, especially my thighs, I love having such thin legs and a big butt.
This is the corset I'm using at the moment, i think I'm seeing results with it. Don't expect it to last for more than 2 months, even tho it's a relatively good quality for how cheap it is
