sex or masturbation might help....but how old are you becaause this is not a reason to do these things for breast? but im a 3 times a day lady and my breasts grew alot very quickly so it could have added to my nbe but for me with pueraria i didnt massage straight after but its a good idea could work as long as you arent doing sex for the only reason to grow breasts.

An orgasim does cause a prolactin release so massaging after could definitely be beneficial.

I think massaging after an orgasm could help.
As the last post says "an orgasm does cause a prolactin release", and massaging also releases prolactin , so in theory you have more 'prolactin' in your breasts during the massage.
What does anyone else think?
