Hi Everyone,
I don't know how long this forum has been around, but I'm sure glad I found it! Honestly, I stumbled upon NBE again after maybe 13 years? I recently got into taking better care of my hair so from there I've discovered the importance of vitamins etc. Don't get me wrong, I've always known vitamins were important, but it never sank in that deeply. So in my quest to have healthier hair I've discovered that some of the stuff I plan to take increases breast growth too. I remember buying breast growth tablets back in 2000, but I didn't keep up with it. I'm really bad about being consistent with anything. Anyhoo, I'm really amazed to find out that you really can increase your breast size. Currently, I'm a 36 AA. I finally made peace with that today after looking up how to correctly measure my bra size. All this time I was thinking I was a 36 B, but I've never been able to fill a B cup! So the AA size makes perfect sense. Anyways, I had resigned myself to being a part of the itty bitty committee for life, but now with what I've discovered about increasing hair growth I'm encouraged about breast growth too. I've been lurking on the forums and will continue to do so until I really figure this thing out. I've seen info on PM and then herbal treatment. I have no idea where to start, but I'll definitely start slow. I remember being gung ho back in the day, but I know now to temper that enthusiasm so I can accept reality. The women in my immediate family have breasts that range from a full B cup to DD? (Maybe larger?) So maybe there's hope for me yet. My dream size would be a full C cup. We'll see. The thing I know for sure is these babies work! LOL! I have one child and nursed/pumped for about 6 months so they can nourish another human being. If I can get them to grow larger, that'll be nice, but if I'm destined to having AAs, then I can live with that. I recently read a breast implant forum about all the negatives of having them. Wow! I had no idea that breast implants could impact someone negatively. Of course, I know there are many women/people with implants who love them. For now, I'll stick with my small natural AAs. I've never really wanted implants, but I've considered them to increase my size. Anyhoo, to each his or her own. I have no judgements about what other people do.
