If we are doing something that targets the breasts, then only the breasts should be effected.

If it effects something other then the breasts, that is an unwanted side effect and needs to be avoided.

breasts can not grow- unless we take in more calories then we burn during the day.

breasts have the same function as the camels humps- yes energy storage- and when we have excess calories we store energy there. when we eat less then we burn our body's take energy's from the breasts.

there secondary function is baby's love to suck on them and they look fantisic!

Also no i often burn more than i consume yet my growth is good lots of women have lost weight on nbe.
If we had to eat more for breast we just get fat this would mean all overweight women have breasts and this is not true in proportion alot of big women have very little or no breast fat is stored in diferent places on everyone not only breasts.
Morning all. starting day 3 with extremely sensitive nipps. and breast pain they feel heavier then normal. i will measure later even tho im sure no size has increased .

I think i understand why is was that you took PM for 4 months with no results?
Your body saw PM as food ( calories ) and digested all of it- no estrogen was sent to the liver for conversion?
The form of PM you are now taking has no calories and the body can't digest it.

Presently if you are eating more calories then you are burning, then i feel you will have a great deal of breast growth.
factor in this.
But also any lean female ( without taking estrogen ) that eats a lot will also have breast growth!

Exactly. I'm far from large, but I started flat, and I have nearly full A cups. And have been losing weight the entire time.

So obviously breasts can grow while losing weight. And since you have to be in catabolism (consuming fewer calories than you burn) to lose weight, I'm in catabolism and growing breasts.

The key isn't in the calories, it's in the proteins. If you can find a way to get at LEAST 50 grams of protein and complete micro nutrition at below your recommended calories, you can lose weight and grow breasts. More is certainly better. 100 grams would be ideal if you can get there. More than that and really only extreme bodybuilders can benefit, not boob growers.

Oh. And rule of thumb - a thousand calories equals 20 grams fiber. You need fiber to keep things moving.

How can you manage to eat 50-100 grams of protein a day? I'm lucky if I get 25 or so lol....

Greek yogurt is typically 17 grams a serving.

A single chicken breast is around 30.

Whole grains typically have around 7 or 8.

Nuts and legumes tend to have around 6 grams a serving.

It's actually not hard at all if you balance your diet around it. I get around 55ish a day right now. When I finish formulating my meal replacement marshmallows they'll net 100 and less than 1200 calories a day.

26 grams of class A protein 100 calories and costs less then a dollar

Protein doesn't have classes other than complete or incomplete. Most proteins are incomplete. Including tuna fish.

Canned meat of any kind also contains insane amounts of salt and often MSG and other nasty additives.

If you want fish, go buy a tuna steak or something. Still excellent protein, much better nutrition otherwise.

You are correct, we no longer classify proteins as class A . It use to mean complete proteins all 20 amino acids available.- They have dropped that classification.

I state my opinion's from memory I don't know if they are true or not. No one knows what is true.
