I have read in a post that hops is for development of mammary glands and is rich in flavonoids. Is it a phytoestrogen supplement also? Can we take with any other phytoestrogen supplement?

Yes. It contains both a powerful phytoestrogen as well as compounds that increase the aromatase activity of your body - boosting your natural estrogen as well.

So, no, probably not a very good idea to combine it with any other phytoestrogen.

That said, fenugreek is NOT a phytoestrogen, even though there seems to be a lot of people claiming it is these days.

But things like soy, RC, PM... Nope, not a good idea.
Thank you abi
I've been taking RC with hops. So what do you recommend with hops instead of RC?
I also take alfalfa and EPO in capsules and maca.
Thank you for helping.

Since RC is phytoestrogen and progestagenic, I'd recommend something progestagenic if that combination has been doing anything for you at all. So fenugreek.

I really don't know much about alfalfa or EPO though. Maca is OK to use with hops and fenugreek.

A cursory look seems to confirm alfalfa is yet another phytoestrogen, so yeah, probably ought to just discontinue that entirely.

I know nothing about EPO though, don't even know what those letters are standing for in this case.
Thanks AbiDrew. So basically i've been loading only estrogen to my body. Big Grin I have now nice luteal swelling and hips are getting wider but cant really say yet.

Alfalfa i took for building glandural tissue (my girls are somewhere at stage 3)and evening primrose because its rich in GLA.

I think should build my program again.
