Hi, newcomer here, first post.
I'd like to get feedback from others on a recipe for breast cream I found on the internet. It involves grinding up 2 tbsp oatmeal, 2 tsp fennel seed, and the contents of 2 wild yam capsules. Add the mixed up powder to a 16 oz. container of Eucerin Healing cream (or equivalent brand), and use that twice a day in Breast Massage.
I've been following this regimen (along with fenugreek and some other herbs) for a little over a week, and breasts do feel fuller. Anything I could do to improve that breast cream?

Any more luck with the cream? I'm taking fenugreek & saw palmetto in capsule form.. maybe one of those added to the cream?

I asked folks at Greenbush about it, and they recommended an extract for better results. My health store is currently out of stock, and it's hard to find the fennel extract (fenugreek is available but I can't handle the smell). Well, last night I decided to make a strong fennel tea (added a little wild yam too). Drank half a cup, saved the rest for adding to my breast cream. This morning I wake up, and look at myself and say "wow! they're growing!" So maybe it's more effective. Gotta practice with this though, it's a messy process adding fennel tea to breast cream and massaging with it. It's easy to wind up with a lot of it on the floor.
