I want to start my NBE program with the following hers
1) Fenugreek
2) Saw palmetto
3) Red clover
4) Milk thistle
1)Can you please recommend the dosage per day for each herb
2)I am from India, Can you please suggest company name which sells good quality herbs so that i can order online

I am unsure as to what is allowed to ship in your area sorry but as far as doses go start low with the minimum doses directed on the bottles of each container of suppliments then through time slowly up your dosages. this way your body can adjust with the changes and you have less issues with hormone imbalance. on a side noye make sure you've studied hard and research each side effect of the suppliments before starting. also id suggest only starting 1 suppliment at a time pick 1 use it for 2 weeks alone then add the second then after 2 more weeks and the next (and so on) so you know which one is causing problems -if any side effects happen. for instance fenugreek gave me terrible migraines and made me SUPER SLEEPY like to the point of sleeping sitting up lol just be careful
