and if possible what's the best brand also of whey protein isolate ,Pueraria Mirifica cream,fenugreek, organic flaxseed oil, cod liver oil capsules, nano collagen or gelatin, hyaluronic acid and placenta ????

i choose ainterol pm and some others to be near from Chiyomilk Routine .

I used anterol only 1 500mg a day and it gave me ed symptoms really fast. I think it's too too much to start with but thats just my opinion. I think Chiyomilk was taking only like 310mg a day. I just switched to siriporn because it comes in 100mg and you can regulate it better. Hoping it goes better this month. I really don't like delaying my period.

well you are right this is too much but this because i had no respond to bountiful breast capsule at all so i think my body needs strong things to respond
